Our Focus

We help people of all ages and stages of life improve their understanding of personal excellence through sport.

Our mission is to improve access to physical activity, break down social barriers, and provide essential resources that promote lifelong wellbeing.

Our programs focus on three aspects of wellness:

mental, physical, and social.

We have partnered with local experts in each of these fields to develop robust programs that aim to improve these aspects of wellness for our participants.

Physical Wellness

Physical wellness is a state of health and wellbeing that allows one to perform aspects of sports, jobs, and daily activities. It encourages a balance of physical activity, mental wellbeing, and nutrition to keep your body in good physical condition.

Our physical wellness programs focus on teaching and enhancing soccer skills for both beginners and elite athletes. Our trainers help coaches, teams, and individual players strive for excellence on the field.

Mental Wellness

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing and directly affects how we think, feel, and act. It is not always about being happy, but is about being able to manage well in daily life (both the good and the bad times) and comes from feeling balanced, connected to others, and ready to take on life's challenges.

As a result of our programs, participants will be able to realize their own abilities, gain support from their peers, work to reduce stigma, enhance help-seeking behaviour, and cope with the normal stresses of life so they may contribute positively to their communities

Social Wellness

Social wellness refers to the nature of relationships we have and  how we interact with others and society. It involves building healthy, nurturing, and supportive relationships, and engaging with society in a meaningful way.

At TripleKick, we believe in supporting the social wellness of our members and the communities we work with. We do this by offering financial assistance to players in need, providing volunteer opportunities, and building a facility where soccer and wellness come together.
